About Us

Jack Russell

This is Kobe the eldest of our pack. He is a 12 year old short legged smooth coat Jack Russell, he was purchased from a farm in Ringmer in East Sussex and has been with us from day one. A true mans best friend who is always there behind you every step of the way and is a little bit too comfortable pulling the contents of the bin all over the kitchen for one of us to pick up. Has showed no signs of slowing down what so ever and still goes mad at the sight of a tennis ball and launcher.

Boxer Dog

This is Lola our 11 year old boxer dog. She was bought as a pup from Robertsbridge in East Sussex, She was one of 15 in her litter and is the worlds biggest lap dog. She has been a terrific dog to us a great companion to Kobe over the years, She was originally bought as Kobe's bodyguard but she turned out to enjoy chasing him around with he other big dogs at the park. Also for an old dog she is still very active and will knock over a small child to get out for a walk first.

Congo African Grey

This is Dusty our 8 year old Congo African grey. He is a very funny bird who has incredible intelligence and a massive vocabulary, he often turns the heat on through Alexa and constantly calls the kids and dogs out of bed. he has been known to repeat the training phrases we use with the birds and can make the big birds say things like "big wings" and"hat".

This Tahlula our 2 year old Blue and gold macaw. She was purchased from world renown bird breeder Barrett Watson, she is the life and soul of the house and is constantly up to no good. She is very well trained and enjoys daily free flight sessions which are a necessity to keep her in good health both mentally and physically. My soul mate (sorry Lorbz).

This is Ralph our 1 year old Scarlett macaw. Ralph was also purchased through Barrett Watson and is as we like to call him “the slow cousin” of the family. He is so soft and gentle with our 8 year old daughter whom constantly reminds me that Ralph is her bird, he is also being trained for free flight but is taking a little longer than tahlula took as we all know that birds as well as humans learn and grow at different paces. He like to spend his time in out netted garden shouting at passing pigeons and generally annoying our neighbours.
